STICKY WINDOWS
What is so sticky about sticky windows? Well for the PC turned Mac user, sticky windows is the program that minimizes, tab style, without all that nasty mucking about with tool bars.
With this nifty program you can minimize to any side of the screen at your leisure. This is particularly nice since, Mac’s way of minimizing shows icons that well start to clog up the bar after about three.
For me sticky windows allows me to get some windows out of the way without having to close out or just see an icon that looks too much like the icon next to it.

I took this screen shot earlier to show the preferences for sticky windows and a few windows that I have minimized the sticky way.

*note that at this time sticky windows does not support Snow Leopard at this time and is trialware.

Well camouflage is a freeware Mac program that will hide all the icons on your desktop so that you look like the over organized person you want everyone to believe you are. Just select “hide icons” and watch the mess of icons on your desktop fade away.
But wait there is more.
Camouflage also gives you easy access to wallpaper and display preferences. You can select specific wallpaper for whenever you hide icons and more.
