Welcome Booklet Design Project Details

As part of the rebranding initiative in 2019, we developed and designed a new Welcome Book, aimed at helping new members navigate their journey with the electric cooperative. The redesign reflects the new, redesigned visual language of the GLE rebrand, offering an accessible and visually engaging guide for over 10,000 households that form part of the cooperative’s network.

The Welcome Book is an essential tool for educating new members about what it means to be part of an electric cooperative. It provides comprehensive insights into the operational structure, member benefits, responsibilities, and community impact of GLE. This helps foster a sense of belonging and understanding among the members, building a stronger relationship between the cooperative and its community.

The Welcome Book is not a static resource but undergoes regular updates to incorporate new information on programs and services offered by GLE. This ensures that the members are always equipped with the latest data, enabling them to make informed decisions and fully utilize the benefits of being part of the cooperative.

In 2020, the Welcome Booklet won Gold for Best Special Publication among its peers.
