At the forefront of this project, we recognized the need for Truestream to communicate effectively and efficiently about the intricate process of building fiber internet infrastructure. From the start we knew that many people find this process complex and confusing. Hence, the primary goal was to simplify the information and make it more accessible for every user.

We set about developing a new approach to more clearly articulate the phases of building the fiber internet infrastructure. We believed that this would empower individuals to comprehend how they are affected by each phase. After meticulous planning and strategizing, we distilled the process down to a digestible timeline composed of four distinct phases.

To ensure each phase was easily recognizable and memorable, we designed custom icons, each with a unique color. This visual representation simplified the process and engaged the reader, aiding comprehension and recall.

The result was a professional and persuasive brochure that effectively communicated the step-by-step process of building fiber internet to your home.

But this application doesn’t stop at the brochure. Recognizing the power of consistent branding, the timeline has been integrated across multiple Truestream platforms — from the website to email communications.
