Applications and forms are critical components of the brand experience, yet often neglected in the design process. For the Great Lakes Energy New Electrical Service application, we sought to make the application process clear and accessible for a wider audience.

We incorporated the use of color and added clear differentiation between sections of content, providing a consistent look and feel consistent with the Great Lakes Energy brand. Contact information was added to every page, making it easier for applicants to reach out for support.

Significant emphasis was placed on the information hierarchy, streamlining the application process, and optimizing available space. The result was a new electrical service application that is user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistent with the Great Lakes Energy brand.
